Shipping within Australia
 
We offer free shipping (AUS Post) for all orders over $100.

On orders under $100 shipping will be charged. We offer two options on checkout:

$10 Standard shipping  (AUS Post)

$15 Express Shipping (AUS Post)

Delivery times

Standard shipping - Please allow 3-5 business days for metro areas. For rural areas, please allow 4-7 business days.

Express shipping - For metro areas, please allow 1-2 business days. For rural areas, please allow 3-5 business days.

Australia Post is our provider. We recommend using Australia Posts postage calculator to get an ETA on your parcel. Access below link:

Please allow up to 48 hours for an order to dispatch.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

The above rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and available for delivery within Australia only. 

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

We offer two options on checkout:

$25 Standard shipping  (AUS Post)

$35 Express Shipping (AUS Post)

All international deliveries are handled by Australia Post with tracking numbers supplied.

Standard international shipping 3-10 days.

Custom or Import Duty Fees

Custom or import duty fees may be charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges are at the discretion of customs at the destination port and will vary widely from country to country. The duties and taxes payable will depend on your parcels weight, size and commercial value of the goods. Indaia Swim is unable to provide information on destination duties and taxes payable. If you should refuse to pay the duties and charges and therefore forfeit the parcel, Indaia Swim will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.

Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given timeframe we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.

Although we're always here to help, if you have trouble tracking your order, or have a delivery issue it's often faster and more convenient for you to track your parcel through the tracking link provided 

Returns and exchanges policy

At Indaia Swim our goal is to provide you with the perfect swim suit every time. 
 
We are happy to facilitate the return or exchange of full priced items within 14 days of date purchased provided the following requirements are met.
 
-The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, odour free and in original condition as delivered. All swimwear must be tried on over your underwear to ensure the highest possible standards of hygiene for all of our valued customers.
 
-All returns must be neatly folded with all labels and tags attached.
 
-Proof of purchase must be provided with your return.

Please note that sale items will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

Returns will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please note at that  it may take longer during busy periods.
 
In the interest of all of our valued customers Indaia Swim reserves the right to reject any returned items for refund or exchange that do not meet these requirements.
 
How to……
 
The below applies only to full price products purchased directly through Indaiaswim.com.au.  For all products purchased at another retail store or online stores please directly contact your original place of purchase.
 
We are not able to process exchanges through our online store. When exchanging a product, please place a new order through the website and return your original order for a refund.
To avoid missing out on your size or colour of choice please action your exchange ASAP. We cannot guarantee that your replacement item of choice will be available at the time of exchange.
If your item of choice is out of stock, we will gladly refund the original purchase amount.
 
Please contact us at enquiries@indaiaswim.com.au. We will instruct you on how to proceed and provide the return form to be included in your parcel and return the package to us. The return address is provided on the returns form and as below.
 
We will assess that all returns and exchanges comply with the returns policy before any exchanges or refunds are applied.
 
Indaia Swim is not responsible for any postage for returned items unless the garment is faulty. Please make sure you are confident when selecting your size by using our sizing chart to help if necessary.
 
While our products are made to the highest quality standards, we acknowledge that manufacturers faults occasionally occur.
If you feel there is a genuine manufacturing default, simply return the item to us according to the above conditions and procedure.
If after our QC team verifies the garment is faulty we will provide a replacement garment or refund plus refund the cost of the return freight.
The return post needs to be regular registered post and the receipt for freight needs to be provided for freight refund.
 
Indaia Swim cannot accept responsibility for any returned parcels that are lost by 3rd party couriers in the returns process.
For this reason, we recommend you use registered post or a reliable carrier with a parcel tracking facility.
